Private or duet reformer sessions at
Hale Pilates Studio, Altrincham
Explore your potential, and discover what your body can really do. With an experienced and highly qualified teacher- your session will be tailored to meet your own unique goals and fitness needs.
I am in studio every Wednesday at the following times (subject to availability): 16:30, 17:30, 18:30.
Sessions last 55 minutes.
With 2 reformers, a tower, core align, floor space and ample small equipment, the studio is beautifully equipped to provide you (and possibly a friend too) a fully tailored experience with unlimited possibilities for exercise/rehab combinations. The large Pilates equipment can give extra challenge, or assistance depending on your personal circumstances.
Private reformer costs £60.
Duet reformer costs £75.
