About me
I like to see you for you. Everyone has a unique and capable body already, but sometimes you just need the right teacher to bring that out of you.
With a long and varied background in professional dance I bring a wealth of knowledge and consideration to you and your sessions.
I myself used Pilates throughout my career as a dancer in order to prevent injury, and it most certainly helped me get back on my feet both during and after the birth of my daughter.
I am constantly intrigued and like to keep my learning updated in order to guide you with the most up to date scientific understanding of how the body moves and what that means for you.
