Hi, I'm Sarah and I live in Macclesfield with my husband and two year old daughter Beatrix.
Having gained my comprehensive teaching certification via the world renowned Polestar Pilates UK, I have taught a wide ranging list of clients from the age of 12 right up to 80+ years of age, so anyone is welcome in my classes!
My background is in professional dance, having performed with the English National Ballet, Royal Opera and Celebrity Cruises, I also continue to regularly attend professional development courses and workshops to update my knowledge.
Most recently after practicing/teaching Pilates throughout my own pregnancy, I went back to study with Body Control Pilates as a pre/post natal specialist, and look forward to sharing that with other mums in the near future.
If you decide to move with me- I can assure you that you are in safe and thoughtful hands.

Small group Pilates at
Townley St Church Hall, Macclesfield
Join our small welcoming community where there is no right or wrong - just a space to explore what feels good for you.
We meet every Thursday at 19:45, class lasts for one hour.
This class is a mixed level. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Maximum 12 clients to maintain individual support and modifications.
First class is always free to try for new clients - come see if we are a good fit for you.
You can then pay as a block booking (costing £12.50 per class), or on an ad hoc basis for a more flexible approach (costing £14 per class).
Private or duet reformer sessions at
Hale Pilates Studio, Altrincham
Explore your potential, and discover what your body can really do. With an experienced and highly qualified teacher- your session will be tailored to meet your own unique goals and fitness needs.
I am in studio every Wednesday at the following times (subject to availability): 16:30, 17:30, 18:30.
Sessions last 55 minutes.
With 2 reformers, a tower, core align, floor space and ample small equipment, the studio is beautifully equipped to provide you (and possibly a friend too) a fully tailored experience.
Private reformer costs £60.
Duet reformer costs £75.
